YOUR CHILD AND NUMBERS

What I intend to do when the Swine Flu shows up in my backyard.

I will religiously take this ancient herbal remedy every single day.

·      1 Lemon

·      Clove of garlic

·      2 tablespoon of honey

·      1 teaspoon of vinegar

Genewize supplements. I cannot rant about this product enough. I love the way I have so much energy, my arthritis has disappeared and my joints don’t hurt.  Everything my body needs for optimum health on a daily basis.

Chicken Soup with Cayenne Pepper. This pepper has been researched for its dynamic properties. Good for the heart, the mind and the soul. It helps the body neutralize and brings it into harmony.

Shitake Mushrooms in my meals. This mushroom is too amazing for words. I have beautiful skin and I can only imagine what it is doing inside.

A Mask is useful if you have the flu and share your home with others. By wearing a facemask at home, you can contain the virus to a certain extent and stop spreading it to your family. Facemasks are available at the pharmacy or hardware store.

Use vinegar to wipe down your surfaces (don’t under estimate this condiment), it is an excellent sanitizer. If vinegar can pull toxins out of your body through your feet it is more than strong enough to kill all the bacteria on your counters, door handles, keyboard and toilet seat.  No poison toxins in the air for my family to inhale.

There are a number of risks groups that need to be extra vigilant. This includes:

1.    People with lung disease,

2.    Kidney disease,

3.    Diabetes,

4.    Those with immunosuppressant problems either because of treatment or disease including HIV/Aids

5.    Pregnant women,

6.    The elderly

7.    Children under the age of five

Many people however, are vulnerable to a lot of diseases and viruses on a global level. If people do not have access to a healthy diet, supplements and drink dirty water then of course they become sick and may even possibly die.

Third world countries will feel the biggest impact, as there is not enough Aid being distributed. How will they survive another onslaught, another bite at their existence?  Something else will come along and destroy the ones that survive. Is this vicious circle of life a test of our compassion? What can we do help?  What if we can only manage to look after one life? What if we don’t have the physical time, we live too far away or we don’t have money? (I am unemployed at the moment) Are you working?

I just click everyday, I sign and I am raising funds, providing mammograms and clothes for strangers and it feels good. I can still do something positive with my day. What do you feel good about? What makes you smile? What makes you happy? What do you wish you could do more of? Is your life just passing you by rather than living it?

As long as I exercise, eat healthy and remain health conscious I have a feeling it will know that it has lost this battle.  Positive thinking keeps the immune system working efficiently.
